較低應力的塑膠動態疲勞測試
當承受週期負載時,塑膠可能在應力水準遠低於其拉伸或壓縮強度時損壞,在承受拉伸和壓縮負載聯合作用時,損壞更嚴重。塑膠是高度非線性材料,不同溫度時表現出不同的特性,對於設計者最重要的是在設計前了解這些材料的疲勞特性。
在實施這些低應力動態疲勞測試時,建議使用我們的 ElectroPuls™ E1000 全電式動態測試儀器,與溫度箱聯合使用,評估塑膠材料在低溫和高溫下的性能。疲勞型機械楔形夾具和預載入推/拉杆讓試片夾持在特定環境。
另外,WaveMatrix™ 動態測試軟體可自動完成每個階段不同應力值的疲勞測試,並整合控制溫度箱,數據採用ASCII編碼保存,能在工業標準程式分析(如 Microsoft® Excel)。
