ISO 7206-4、7206-6 和 7206-8 人工髖關節的耐久性和疲勞測試
由於正常的活動,可能發生近端鬆弛和應力遮蔽,導致非正常負載分佈。採用模擬步行時植入體的動態負載進行髖關節植入體疲勞 測試 來確定耐久性。
ISO 訂定了非正常和正常疲勞負載的測試標準。
- ISO 7206-4:近端鬆弛模擬載入,通過髖關節植入體股骨負載所引起的壓縮、彎曲和扭曲應力
- ISO 7206-6:植入體頸部疲勞檢查,此處與正確固定植入體承受的正常活體負載更一致
- ISO 7206-8:規定施加扭力時植入體的耐久性能
我們的股骨疲勞測試固定裝置可以滿足 ISO 測試的要求,裝置包括加載頭和裝到 8872 疲勞測試 系統 和/或 ElectroPuls™ 全 電 動態測試儀 的轉接頭。固定裝置也可以容易地配置到其它測試機和測試裝置上。撓性試樣夾持器能對應各種尺寸髖關節、傾斜角、埋入材料和埋入深度。試樣用可選擇埋入式裝置裝到夾持器中,裝夾時保持校準。
此外固定裝置還可以適應小的環境箱,以實現活體模擬。
