混凝土樑的衝擊特性
對於混凝土樑3點彎曲衝擊測試有增加的需求,我們建議依據所需最大能量採用 9450 或 9440 進行此測試。我們研發300mm跨距的客製固定裝置、專用錘頭嵌件並使用DAS 和 Bluehill Impact 軟體擷取資料。
試樣為400mm x 100mm x 100mm,並以4.65m/s測試,若有需要,速度能在調高。測試展現破壞模式並且是設計為模擬更大的結構,這需要比在實驗室能完成的測試更多能量。測試結果是跟總吸收能、最大負載、破壞能量和破壞位移相比。
9400系列非常適合幫助用戶測定在衝擊時的材料特性,資料由儀器化測試擷取,客戶可以用此資料決定改變原材料的混合會在現實條件有何表現。配合環境箱能進行更大範圍的測試,研究不同溫度的衝擊特性。也可以使用不同固定裝置和不同嵌件模擬其它未支撐跨距和衝擊模式。
